2. Event Registration & Booking

5. Event Changes & Cancellation
5.1 The 209 Club reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, speakers, activities, or timings without prior notice.
5.2 In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, technical issues, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control, liability shall be limited to the ticket amount paid.
5.3 The 209 Club shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other personal expenses incurred by attendees due to event cancellation or rescheduling.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1 All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward organizers, speakers, staff, sponsors, and other participants.
6.2 Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, violence, illegal activities, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
6.3 The 209 Club reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant without refund if their behavior is considered inappropriate or disruptive.
7. Media & Photography
7.1 Photos and videos may be captured during events for promotional and marketing purposes.
7.2 By attending the event, you grant The 209 Club permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings featuring you on its website, social media, and promotional materials.
7.3 Participants who do not wish to appear in media coverage should notify the organizers in advance.
